Refund policy

Our policy applies to the first 30 days after your purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we, unfortunately, cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

In order to be returned, your item must be unused, and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason not due to an error on our part.
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if any)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is processed, and your original credit card or payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

Delayed or missing refunds (if any)
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotion items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, discounted or sale items are not.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an e-mail at info@savum.ca and send your item to Savum Inc., 495 Marcel-Lacasse Street, Suite 108, Boisbriand, QC J7H 1N4

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave the gift had the order sent to them with the intention of returning it to youlater, we will send the refund to them, and they will know that you have returned their gift.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, we recommend using a tracking service or having your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
