Shipping policy
Delivery time
Savum's delivery policy is that all orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of receipt.
Once your order has been processed by Canada Post, it will be delivered to you within 4 to 7 days.
You will receive a notification including the package tracking number when your order has been shipped.
Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays due to high order volume or problems with postal or courier services. Thank you for your understanding.

Canada and United States excluding Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping rates
Savum offers you a flat $9.99 processing and shipping fee for all orders under $75 in Canada and the United States, except Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii (the “excluded territories”). For these regions, please contact us at info@savum.ca.
Shipping is free (excluding excluded territories) for all orders of $75 or more excluding applicable taxes.
International shipping
For orders from outside of Canada and the United States, please visit Savum's website at www.savum.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
When your order ships, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
If you have not received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@savum.ca with your name and order number, and we will review it for you.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping costs for the return. To return your order, please contact info@savum.ca, specifying the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return number and the delivery address where to ship the order. When our team has reviewed the order, you will receive a refund within 15 days of receiving the order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@savum.ca with your order number and a photo of the item. We will deal with these issues on a case-by-case basis, but we will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
